Old Thorntonian from Mexico visits after 50 Years

Old Thorntonian Cecilia and her daughter Maria were warmly welcomed to Thornton on 20th September. Cecilia is from Mexico and joined Thornton as a boarder for one year over 50 years ago! Maria is about to start her Masters course at the University of Arts in London.

Cecilia loved visiting and seeing how much the school facilities have progressed but also how much the ethos and feel of the school remained. What a wonderful morning of sharing stories and school life!
