To celebrate World Mental Health Day, all students from Year 1 through to Year 6 were invited to take part in a ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing Treasure Hunt’ organised by our Year 12 students.
Prep students visited five stations ‘staffed’ by Year 12s who engaged with them about healthy eating, the benefits of being outdoors, good sleep, moving more and connecting with others.
Returning to the Assembly Hall after their hunt, the girls enjoyed a treat of fruit skewers and exercised in the form of dancing to the Sid Shuffle!
