We are thrilled that Nia, one of our Year 13 students, has been offered a place on the prestigious Design Engineering Masters Degree course at the Dyson School of Design Engineering at Imperial College, London.
Nia had an exceptional personal statement, packed full of super curricular evidence to support her application. This included extensive reading, visits to Design Museums in Europe, attending lectures and work experience, alongside Nia’s own prototype designs that she has worked on outside school. Cambridge University and Imperial College both require high scores in the ESAT (Engineering and Science Admissions Test), which Nia took in the Autumn. She was then called for interview where she was able to present her ideas and demonstrate her creativity and passion for design engineering.
We are so proud of all Nia has achieved and excited to see what projects she works on in the future.
